What's the next step?

Let's connect! We can discuss my services and what you can expect when you book with me. I will send you a booking reservation once we have agreed upon a time. A non-refundable deposit is due in order to secure your appointment.

What can I expect if I choose you for my maternity pictures?

If you are nervous to take pictures, I can assure you that by the end of our session you will be a natural!
I will walk you through what to wear, what to bring, and how to feel prepared.
I will provide you with beautiful, quality prints.

What kind of gear do you use?

I enjoy shooting with a mirrorless camera. My Canon EOS R is what I am currently using. I have various lenses that I use depending on lighting and setting.

Do I have to order prints through you?

I will provide you an online gallery of your images outlined in your package. You have the opportunity to order pictures and other items via my online store but have the option to order on your own. I HIGHLY recommend ordering them from the professional printing company attached to my store.
I cannot guarantee the quality of your images if you order them elsewhere.
***New as of 2024*** Mini shoots will be required to order from store.

Do you require a deposit?

For portrait sessions, I require a 50$ non-refundable retainer to reserve your session. The remainder of the balance is due on day of the session. I accept cash or card. I do not accept checks.

What do I wear?

I can give you some guidance and suggestions. Pinterest can give you some great outfit inspiration. I love to shoot in whites, creams, browns, greens, tan, rose gold, etc. Sometimes picking out outfits can be the hardest part. I always suggest a flowy long dress for maternity pictures. If you want to do any in studio, I suggest bringing a pair of skin colored underwear and bra.

What can couples expect when booking a maternity session?

I want to make your session as stress free and easy going as possible. I want you to be your natural selves. Showing affection to each other in the shoot will help to capture some of those candid moments that are so special. Being playful and flirty with each other is encouraged!
I usually tell my couples to whisper something into their partner's ear to make them laugh.

What are your terms and conditions?

Your session is not confirmed until the non-refundable retainer fee has been paid in full and the contract has been signed.

How quickly can I expect my portraits back?

My timeline for a maternity shoot is about 1-2 weeks, depending on the season.
